What exactly does "uninterrpted operation" mean in the context below?


Sample Paragraph:
(b) XXX does not warrant that the Software will meet End User requirements, that the Software will operate in the combinations that any End User may select for use, that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all software errors will be corrected.

the software will run smoothly

It means that the use of the software, or the processing, will not be stopped or paused by downtime or other weaknesses.

Naturally, they do NOT warrant that the software will always run smoothly.

agree ErichEko ⟹⭐ : It will not be interrupted by downtime (i.e. available 24x7 week in week out). "run smoothly" has subjective meaning, though. The software may need wide bandwidth. If little is available, it may still srteam video uninterrupted, but cannot be smooth.
