Italian to English Law/Patents Law (general) amendments to clinical trials documents

Corretta d'ufficio per quanto concerne l'errata individuazione di personale non strutturato.
Parere sospensivo espresso dal comitato etico.
Parere unico favorevole espresso dal comitato etico.

Does "corretta d'ufficio" mean "official correction" or something along those lines? Or would it be "our office correction"?
I would appreciate your help with this term.
