I don´t really know, I´m a student and this is a standard confidentiality agreement that I have to translate....I´m not quite sure if I should use the terms "proveedor/receptor" or "suministrador/destinatario"....thanks again, for your time and help

"All Confidential Information is and remains the property of PROVIDER. RECIPIENT agrees to use the Confidential Information only for the discussion and evaluation purposes." He traducido RECIPIENT como DESTINATARIO, no sé si PROVIDER quedaría en este caso mejor como suministrador o proveedor. Thank you for your help!!!

It may well be that the term proveedor is the proper translation for your SL term. However, WE NEED MORE CONTEXT to make sure.
