: Hi Kim, not sure about the sound diffusion bit but against "measurement". If you look at the original, a calculation is made based i.a. on measurement

Assessing/evaluating acoustic emissions
With all due respect to my peers, I would consider assessing/ evaluating rather than measuring or calculating in this context. The levels will be evaluated (positive/negative) and then measures will be implemented to reduce the levels which exist.
