What must be, must be

If something is fated to happen, you cannot stop it from happening.; You cannot foretell the future.

agree Steve Booth : usually in English it would be 'will' instead of 'must'

Besides the following suggestions;
1-literally means "whatever is written on your forehead, you will necessarily see one day" i.e. you can't escape your fate or destiny. Note: this is colloquial Arabic
2-What is predestined is predestined
3-we must see what is destined to happen to us."
4-whatever is destined is inevitable."
5-No flying from fate
