This is from an article about a parcel delivery company. I suspect that "delivery rounds" might be the word I am looking for, but I am not sure. Does anyone have any better ideas? Thanks, Ian

"Rounds" reminds me of "paper/milk rounds" - i.e. going from one place to the next, dropping stuff off as you go.

The standard logistics industry term for this in English is indeed "delivery round" but the sentence doesn't make sense. In a depot you have delivery bays but the "rounds" are what happens after the goods have been collected and are taken on for delivery (to the client, etc.), not in the depot. What's more, the vehicles don't actually enter the depot building as a rule. It's all very confusing! I suspect it simply means that more vehicles can enter the premises to take collection of parcels for delivery.
