Niestety "earring" nie do końca pasuje, gdyż:
"Zausznice/kolczyki wyróżnione zostały głównie z tego powodu, iż uważano je za ozdoby noszone w uszach. [...] wyróżnienie to jest sztuczne, spowodowane w głównej mierze niemożnością odtworzenia sposobu ich noszenia. Analiza budowy zausznic [...], dekorowania [...] i niektóre znaleziska grobowe [...] wskazują, że ozdoby te w większości także były mocowane do opasek i nakryć głowy i stanowiły w gruncie rzeczy taką samą, jak kabłączki, kategorię ozdób głowy. Ear charm
I would definitely call it an ear charm, since it is really like a charm to put on a chain, except people thought it was worn in somebody's ears.

Może tak - jako alternatywa jest jeszcze "slave earring" (nausznica wg wiki synonim zausznicy, stąd moja propozycja)
