Actually, I think "notification" would do the trick. However, just for the sound of it all, I would prefer "advice" because it does not have the same ending as "registration".

The fact is that "advice" has two distinct meanings when used as a noun, as follows;

1: Suggestions or opinions as to what a person should do in a certain situation, and
2: An official note about a transaction etc.
Quite clearly, as this is an official note/notification, (2) fills the bill perfectly here.
