This is in the title of a clause in a franchise agreement for a Starbucks type franchise. The entire title of the clause is: 商圈評估差旅費
The first sentence of this clause reads as follows:
"乙方可依需求向甲方申請商圈評估人員,評估人員薪資由甲方負擔,商圈評估差旅費(食膳、交通及住宿)由乙方負擔."
