The Reinsurer shall without delay be advised and thereafter be kept fully informed of any loss or losses likely to exceed 50% of the PRIORITY.
The Reinsurer hereby agrees to indemnify the Company for that part of its ultimate net loss which exceeds the PRIORITY on account of each and every loss as defined in the Schedule and the sum recoverable under this Agreement shall be up to but not exceeding the amount ultimate net loss on account of each and every loss as defined in the Schedule, nor more than the amount stated in Article 8 of this Agreement.
Jedná se o zajistnou smlouvu, ale nikde se mi nepodařilo dohledat, co za částku je PRIORITY v tomto kontextu. Ve smlouvě se vyskytuje jen v těchto dvou větách.
