Estética y vestuario: [name of company]

There's actually a lot more context for this one below. It's from the credits for a theatre work, and when I asked them for some more details since it sounded unusual (I thought they meant make-up at first), the company provided me with the following explanation:

"El sentido que queremos darle a la palabra estética es el de los colores que hemos elegido para pintar la escenografía y el acabado y textura final de ésta. Aunque el concepto de las formas generales y el diseño y construcción general de la escenografía es de la compañía, el acabado de la estética final ha sido realizado por otras personas. No sé si te aclaro bien el concepto."

So, not quite "scenery" but partly: the finishing touches or the actual look of the scenery/props were done by X person while the concept, the design of the pieces on stage was the company's own. The company who created the work want to credit the people who put the final finish on the scenery/props (the scenery is made up of several large 3D pieces that fit together whose design is integral to the plot and so the original concept is the company's own: from the above, it seems they also built the pieces but did not paint them or give them the final texture/finish).

Any ideas? I'm not sure putting "aesthetics" really explains anything.
