I've seen this before, however I'm not quite sure whether it's the right term or not.

transfer quay

I just wonder if quay is a closer translation than dock. In the UK, a quay is a place which a ship comes and moors to, whereas a dock is an enclosed space that it has to get into - but my dictionary tells me that US usage may be different in this respect.
