may not be the case... but if I understand the term correctly, scudzit does not necessarily imply that the act is unlawful, immoral, unwanted, unexpected et cetera. When "alienate" is used, it goes without saying that the act was not really "meant to be", sort of. I would suggest something more in line with "transfer of ownership/proprietorship" or something else that implies simple change of proprietorship not implicating that some foul play took place.
