English to Hebrew Medical Medical (general) prognostic factors in AML

maybe I should have posted 4 separate questions...
Those terms (poor cytogenetics, poor-risk cytogenetics, adverse-risk cytogenetics and adverse cytogenetics) appear in the context of older patients with AML. I have a feeling that there is at least some overlapping between them.

Some examples:
* Patients with adverse cytogenetics do not benefit from low-dose cytarabine.
* Study A enrolled a patient population that was older and that had poorer-risk cytogenetics and functioning than Study B
* Karyotype consistently emerges as the most reliable prognostic indicator in almost all risk stratification systems, and older patients with adverse-risk cytogenetics universally have very poor outcomes with or without treatment.
