I am sure you are right, It was only a suggestion since it is the code/number of an enterpirse "operating a medical practice". Since it is your area of expertise, you could perhaps provide a better solution.

Hi Boglárka, Although the Hungarian term says "műkődési kód", unfortunately it has nothing to do with the word operation (működés).

Operational Number? I have not found the translation in current use, but I would probably translate it as "Op. No.", being the abbreviation of "Operational Number". Any other suggestions?

Hi Jilt, This is a medical health care question. Because működési kód is used in health care in Hungary and orvosi igazolás is also a medical topic.
Would you mind changing the Field to Medical Health Care?
