I reckon there's a typo here and it should say: "as they sought to address client concerns". --> unterstützten das Team... bei der Kundenberatung.
However, if we're talking about specific concerns, as in: this company has gone wrong in the past and is now trying to iron it out, or if it's clear that there are a lot of very specific concerns to be expected from the customers, then I'd go for something like: "unterstützten das Team... bei der Bewältigung der Kundenanliegen".
