Most important, what is the English equivalent of "ОБНАЛ" and, if possible, "ОБНАЛЬНЫЕ ФИРМЫ"?
This term appears to describe an illegal or semi-legal financial activity. I don't think it's exactly money "laundering", because it appears in the same sentence as "легализация" (доходов).
Russian-language sources, including Wiki and YouTube, suggest it means concealing money to avoid paying taxes. If so, is that the whole purpose, or just part of it? The terms "cashing" and "dark money" come up in English. I think "cashing" is one non-slang definition of обналичивание; does the slang "обнал" have anything to do with cashing?
Does "обналичка" mean the same as "обнал"? I assume both are short versions of "обналичивание".
Example phrases:

"Арестован ли хозяйн обнальной фирмы, обналичившая крупные суммы денежных средств для (...)?
