بله...اشاره به ناهنجاری داره... معنی ساده اینه که رفتار بچه‌ آزار دیده مانند بچه‌های هم سن وسال خود نیست...رفتارش بچه‌گانه‌تره

رفتار بچه گانه/کودکانه does not refer to the act of intercourse! It refers to the behaviour of the child after s/he is molested/abused. As I mentioned earlier, s/he may wet his/her pants, which is not a usual behaviour.

In a sentence like "He was a creepy old dude trying to act young", my suggestion will make meaning. But the phrase may have other meanings depending on the context and co-text.

this phrase generally implies more than just "copying" what young people do...it implies that the person should actually "be young" especially in their minds and be able to communicate easily with younger people
