estoy traduciendo una sentencia de divorcio y dice lo siguiente:

Habiendo hijos menores en el matrimonio, se ha conferido traslado al Ministerio Fiscal que **********************ha informado positivamente***************** al considerar suficiente protegidos sus intereses.

¿Qué significa esa expresión? Entiendo que han notificado al Ministerio Fiscal, que ha dado su consentimiento.

  -> Yes indeed. It must be "which." Thanks for the catch. I would still stick with "affirming" as it seems to better capture the Spanish "afirmar positivamente."
