Pan Literary w swojej odpowiedzi nazwał sąd rajecki, posiłkując się przytoczoną przez niego nazwą ulicy Rajców - "councillor court". Myślę, że to jest przypadkowa analogia, o ile nie - zła. Natomiast - sąd zamkowy (złożony z rajców nazwał - "castle court".
Nieco to zagmatwane - siłą rzeczy... porządkiem magdeburskim w nieco beztroskim kraju nad Wisłą :)... (głupi żart, sorry ;). Jaka jest różnica pomiędzy "sądem zamkowym - złożonym z rajców", a "sądem rajeckim" ? Terytorialna ? Czasowa? W jednym z sądów - więcej naleciałości flamandzkich w magdeburskiej otoczce ? :).
