Respondiendo a tu pregunta, yo traduciría "attendant" como "correspondiente". Personalmente, no le añadiría nada más a "cuero", por una parte, porque el texto original no dice "leather clothes" y, por otra, porque también en español se sobreentiende que se refiere a ropa de cuero.
