Again.... this is an Argentine dessert. Mostly ice cream covered in chocolate, sometimes with a pastry base, sometimes not. It might have dulce de leche or not, it varies a bit. I would advice you to ask how they make theirs and then call it "chocolate coated vanilla ice cream" or whatever describes that particular recipe better
