Contrary to expert panel, that was offered here as an answer, consensus group is a different term relating to a practice of consensus decision-making - it does not necessarily imply that the people involved are "experts" in one specific field.

I'm not sure if there's a suitable Hebrew term since consensus is basically said in Hebrew as consensus, and other words are just less used in everyday speech.
