English term
close/walking possession
English to Slovak
Law/Patents
Law (general)
Explanation:
A Walking Possession is a legal document signed by both you and the bailiff that means that the items listed have now been “seized” or, to put more simply; they have been reserved by the bailiff so that, if necessary, they can be sold to pay the outstanding debt if you default on a payment arrangement.
Close Possession means that the bailiff will be left on the premises to guard the goods as a “possession man” to ensure that the goods are kept safe and are not removed.
Thanks a lot!

Priklonila by som sa skôr k takémuto opisnému prekladu, keďže nemyslím, že je na to zrozumiteľný krátky preklad.
