secondo me "attendence" qui vuol dire "presenza, presenziare", cioè hanno "attended" le telefonate che sono arrivate, hanno risposto al telefono e dato le informazioni richieste. E hanno rispettato il livello di servizio previsto del 98% di risposta (non hanno esaudito tutte le richieste, ma il 98% è già una percentuale elevata).
