Hi, here's the full sentence: A jurisprudência do STJ, a par do entendimento pacificado do STF (Súmula 565), exclui das obrigações da massa o pagamento da multa fiscal.
It's taken from a letter rogatory and supporting documents to summon a bankrupt company to a foreign court. I'm mainly not sure about the pacificado part, but not 100% sure about the meaning of the segment above, any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Sorry, I'll explain in English: the Supreme Court Justices (ministros do STF) reached an agreement concerning a certain matter and published a "súmula", a document which will guide furhter decisions about the same issue.
The segment above roughly means that precedents of the intermediate court (STJ), aware of the undisputed understanding of the supreme court (STF), which is presented by the mentioned Súmula 565, excludes the payment... (not sure of the legal expressions in English, but that is the meaning).
