Does this mean the silk was black, or that it had blackened over time (i.e. negative sense) ?

Similarly for 偏黃 - does it mean (in a negative sense) that the picture had yellowed (because of age)?

全畫僅缺一角，傷及畫面的坡腳。花鳥畫上部偏右一處破損，顏色偏黃，整體較之山水畫新一些，畫心內原有破損、水漬、黴斑，經修復已完好如初。
