mocht het zo zijn dat er de ene keer 'outsourcing company' en de andere keer 'outsourcing institution' staat EN dat dit geen redactionele slordigheid is maar er echt iets anders mee bedoeld wordt (onwaarschijnlijk maar niet uitgesloten), dan is natuurlijk onderneming resp. instelling de juiste vertaling (--> antwoord van Karel).

: 'organisatie' is goed, en aangezien de source deze term gebruikt heb ik ook sterk de voorkeur om de uitdrukking juist in zijn geheel te laten staan (anders dan wanneer er 'outsourcer' zou hebben gestaan).
