How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Questa è la definizione di U.S. person
Persona U.S. ("U.S. person"): il significato è quello attribuito nella Regulation S del Securities Act. La definizione di U.S. person comprende, tra gli altri, soggetti residenti negli Stati Uniti e società di capitali e di persone di diritto statunitense.
E ancora:
«U.S. person»: qualsiasi persona giuridica o fisica statunitense che alternativamente:
ha la nazionalità statunitense (nazionalità unica, doppia o plurima);
ha lo statuto di residente estero negli USA (ad esempio a titolo di residente permanente legale o di detentore/detentrice di una «Green Card», di persona che ha soggiornato a lungo e frequentemente negli Stati Uniti nell’anno corrente o nei ultimi due anni);
è contribuente statunitense, per qualsiasi altra ragione;
è il beneficiario effettivo degli averi depositati, ai sensi della legge fiscale statunitense.
Pertanto il concetto di "person", soprattutto in materia di diritto tributario, non è riferito solo a un individuo (cittadino) ma anche a società, pertanto è comprensivo sia di persone fisiche sia di persone giuridiche.
