Prevence sociálně nežádoucích jevů

Czech to English Social Sciences Human Resources státní administrativa, pracovní prostředí, ministerské resorty

(1.a) Prevention of unwanted social phenomena at the Ministry of XY of the CR
(1.b) Prevention of unwanted social phenomena at the Czech Ministry of XY
(1.c) Prevention of unwanted social phenomena at the MoXY' of the CR
(1.d) Prevention of unwanted social phenomena at the Czech MoXY'

Předpokládám, že "socially unwanted" by byl čechismus nedávající v daném kontextu smysl.

Ještě mě napadlo kondenzovat ono sousloví následovně, ale už mi to nepřipadalo tak přirozené:

(2.a) Unwanted social phenomena prevention at the Ministry of XY of the CR
(2.b) Unwanted social phenomena prevention at the Czech Ministry of XY
(2.c) Unwanted social phenomena prevention at the MoXY' of the CR
(2.d) Unwanted social phenomena prevention at the Czech MoXY'

Děkuji za jakékoliv postřehy, podněty, nápady, rady či komentáře.

P.

I based my suggestion (I’m a pathology guy) on the fact that certain persons in the service of this ministry (which petusek wishes to keep anonymous, but which is not that hard to find) are probably exposed to these problems at particular points in (or after) their career.

More context obtained Considering the keywords I've just been provided, I suppose "pathology" might not be a bad choice after all:

koncepce, kriminalita, ministerstvo XY, návykové látky, nezdravé návyky, prevence, projekt, rasová nesnášenlivost, rizikové chování, sociálně nežádoucí jevy, trestný čin, závislosti.

I am no expert in the field though.
Václav Pinkava Dec 30, 2013:
Funny how Czech phraseology tends to approach a subject from the negative side. English more often has a positive take on the same subject. Linguistic chiaroscuro.
Pavel Slama Dec 30, 2013:
I like how succinct "pathology" is, but surely they would have used the same word in Czech had they wanted to? (Maybe implies certain approach?)

Research into self-esteem has shown that self-esteem empowers people and protects them against a wide spectrum of self-defeating and socially undesirable behaviours.
