Difficult to give more precise context, since the string has been taken from a computer list of items and features used by a software tool to buils a detailed a bus order specification. I assume it refers to HVAC systems.

Incidentally, the "plastic tensile wire" should really be a piece of "plastic tube".

My neighbors as farmers do have hay ducts in their barns but these are 60 cm diameter elbows that allow them to load into the barn the output of the harvesting machines
Seem a very likely possibility to me.
Until the 1980s, London's taxis were by law required to carry 'a spare bale of hay' for consumption by the one-horse-power. At least, I think the law survived that long.
And can you tell me what "HA" stands for in this case. I have a blank right now...
