Абсолютно неверно смысл истолковали. Во-первых, Service Level Agreement - это Соглашение об Уровне Обслуживания, всегда было и есть и будет. Service Level - это Уровень Обслуживания. Credits - это "вознаграждение", "бонусы", "поощрение"). Вот из западного источника: "Service level credits should be used as an incentive system designed to obtain good performance (Бонусы за Уровень Обслуживания должны использоваться как система поощрения, призванная добиться надлежащего исполнения). ПОЭТОМУ текст следует перевести так:
"Соглашение об Уровне Обслуживания" между АБР и ПОДРЯДЧИКОМ может включать условия о заработанных бонусах от уровня обслуживания или побуждающих стимулах. По крайней мере, 80% всех бонусов от уровня обслуживания должны распределяться между заслуживающим того персоналом ПОДРЯДЧИКА".
или еще можно сказать "стимулы за уровень обслуживания"

: Я не согласна. Service level credits - это действительно система стимулирования, но именно в смысле неустойки. Система стимулирования предусматривает и денежное поощрение, но это - incentives. Вы посмотрите статьи на английском.
