Possibly my most hated word in Spanish along with "entorno" and "colectivo". I know there are hundreds of entries in kudoz but I can never decide what to use.

This refers to the submission of final year projects at a university. Call, announcement, notice .....?

CONVOCATORIA ESPECIAL FINALIZACIÓN DE ESTUDIOS DE DICIEMBRE/ENERO:
Depósito: los días 16 y 17 de diciembre de 2013.
Publicación de fecha, lugar y hora para las defensas: 19 de diciembre de 2013.
Días de defensas: del 13 al 14 de enero de 2014 (dependiendo del número de TFG presentados).

CONVOCATORIA ORDINARIA DE JUNIO 2014:
Depósito: los días 12 y 13 de junio de 2014.
Publicación de fecha, lugar y hora para las defensas: 17 de junio de 2014.
