se me interconsulta por parte de

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) Medical report
Hi there

This is a medical report for a patient in ICU. He was under the care of the cardiologist but this report is written by the ICU doctor.

This section says:

my attempt: where I was consulted by??

Thank you!

consultation

La referencia es el Diccionario de Navarro.
Espero que sea de ayuda.

consultation (forma abreviada de medical consultation). [Hose.]

[where] I called in Dr. x for a consultation

In this case "interconsulta" means that the ICU doctor called in a specialist for an option on the patient's cardiac condition. From the way it's phrased, it seems unlikely that the specialist was already on the spot, so I'm suggesting 'called in' to convey the idea of the specialist consultation.

Typo!! I meant to say 'opinion'. Another way to say it would be 'where I consulted Dr. x', but it doesn't quite convey the idea of bringing in a specialist, even if he was right there.

disagree Emma Goldsmith : Wrong way round: where I was called in by Dr X

where it was referred (to me) by Dr XXX

neutral Emma Goldsmith : "it" sounds awkward here as the sentence clearly refers to a patient, not a case. And I think that "me" in the source refers to the person who is writing the report.

Thanks for pointing that out. It should be "s/he". But I still believe it is the right interpretation.
