Ich habe keine Belege gefunden und habe auch Schwierigkeiten mit dem "fully", darum niedrige Sicherheit, aber ich verstehe den Zusammenhang so, dass tatsächlich das vollständige Rückgrat von Serotyp 3 für diesen Vektor verwendet wird, im Gegensatz zu einem spezifischen Teilstück des Rückgrats, das an den Rezeptor bindet.
