Si tratta della descrizione di una mansarda in vendita. In inglese 'studio' generalmente corrisponde ad un monolocale o miniappartamento. Quì si tratta di una stanza all'interno della casa, come si può tradurre, ugualmente 'studio'?

If it is used for artwork, a room in a house would be called a studio; if it is used primarily for operating a business, it might be called an office.

But if it is just a quiet room for personal activities (computer use, homework, reading, writing, research, household administration etc.), it is a study.
