Czech term

oznámení o skutečnostech nasvědčujících spáchání trestného činu / trestní o.

Czech to English Law/Patents Law (general) Police
Long and short version of the same, I think.

I can think of quite a few different renderings, none of them sounds quite right.

I just figured that the elegant two-word translation I used to use has a defined meaning in the US, quite different.

Suggestions appreciated.

Criminal complaint Ano, svádí to, ale criminal complaint je toto:

Proposed translations

6 hrs

report a crime

You could just use the simplest translation, plenty of UK hits on reporting crime. :)

Děkuji, ano, následně jsem si všiml, že to tu bylo nejméně dvakrát.

information on facts suggesting the commission of a crime

I would stick with a literal translation, since criminal law in the US is quite different so you need to explain the Czech situation to the reader.

disagree Sarka Rubkova : Literal translation expains nothing
