Hallo liebe Kollegen,
ich bin mir nicht sicher bei dem Begriff retainment policy. Weiß jemand, was genau hier gemeint ist?

In January, the Board of Directors decided on a new settlement model, which brings many different models down to one for xxx. The decision was based on a solid work carried out by our National Councils. At the moment, we are working on a proposal for a new retainment policy (or consolidation policy).

The retainment policy (or consolidation policy) is where the Board of Directives have set the guidelines for the profit appropriation of the years result – what stays in the company and what is paid out to the owners.
