Thank you all for your feedback. I suppose I am wondering what is the "inducement", or enticement, that is being referred to?

à titre d'encouragement

incitation est à mon sens un peu tendancieux. Je pense qu'on parlera davantage d'encouragement (comme pour les primes d'encouragement) dans ce contexte.

En considération, et comme incitation entre l'Entreprise, s'engageant contractuellement avec le prestataire, (...).

Sauf que le "between the Company" avec rien après, ça fait bizarre ! En général avec "between" on retrouve deux sujets ...
