No dear, Imagine the term was just "Organic Granola", then it would be "الجرانولا العضوية", grain-free is an adjective here just like "organic" is.

يعني ليست خالية من القمح فحسب إنما من الشعير والشوفان وإلخ

: Dear Tim. The definition of granola is: Rolled oats mixed with various ingredients, such as dried fruit, brown sugar, and nuts, and used especially as a breakfast cereal. Oat = شوفان. So you can't consider it oat-free as in your answer.

You're right that's a standard granola, but the one in the source text is clearly a grain-free (and oat-free) variant - see my discussion post above
