A meno che non si tratti di un testo scritto male perché non opera di madrelingua (peraltro, veramente unico è il passo: "an antenna cover for covering an antenna"...). In tal caso, visto che si parla di antenne, il termine potrebbe corrispondere semplicemente a:
distorsioni cicliche delle onde / della forma d'onda
