English term or phrase: word in a video
Hello everyone,

In the script for a video I'm translating there is the following line:

Sebastian Schubl: D’you wanna have a [UNSURE OF WORD]?

Two more lines:

Tara Margarella: Yeah. (laughing) You have a headache?
Sebastian Schubl: I have the biggest headache.

I was wondering if anyone can understand what he said

Anyone have a Tylenol?

Explanation:
That's what I hear, but I'm not absolutely certain as it's a bit muffled.
