Hebrew term

ת.ל

Hebrew to English Medical Medical (general)
What is the English rendering of the Hebrew abbv. ת.ל?
Context: this appears in Data Summary Form, followed by a physician's name (and I'm certain it does *not* stand for date of birth).

Thanks in advance!

Thanks, but I'm not sure this applies - I think the tav lamed should be some sort of procedure the physician is doing.

Thanks Gad, but it is not. This is a portion from a hospital report called "Data Summary Report". And the hospital serves the general public.
