Is there a link to a website with a speed bump alert which occurs prior to the link? A speed bump is a pop up message alerting the user that they are about to leave a secure site: This pop up is displayed when moving from one site to another. This allows the user to make the decision to stay in the secure site or proceed to a web site that may or may not be secure.

aviso de redirecionamento externo
Do you know when you're navigating in a website (mainly bank websites), you click somewhere and you get a message warning you that you're leaving this website? T-This is a "speed bump alert". We could call it "aviso de redirecionamento externo", since you're accessing an external website.
