Hello everyone. This is from a Spanish region's notification relating to a draft gambling regulation (EU):

"Queremos manifestar que el capital social es el medio para realizar el objeto social, que es una cifra de retención, pues no cabe repartir beneficios hasta su total cobertura, en tanto que es una cifra del pasivo, y para la administración en este caso, supone además una cifra de garantía externa, pues supone un mínimo legal de solvencia, y de garantía interna, pues limita la responsabilidad del socio frente a la sociedad."
