Spanish to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law (general) / statement by person charged (Chile)
Spanish term or phrase: individualizado (en la carpeta)
This is from the standard opening lines of a statement taken in Chile by a public prosecutor from someone charged with financial crime. It reads

En Valparaiso, a [fecha/hora], comparece don LUIS GARCIA, CI 123456-a, de profesion contador, ya individualizado en la carpeta, quien comparece [...] Se procede a registrar declaracion al imputado, ya individualizado [...]

I was thinking of something like "(already) with a personal record created" but would like to know if there are better, more accurate options, as I am not so familiar with specifically Chilean terminology.

Thank you!

agree  Jennifer Levey: The 'individualización' in question, here in Chile, will usually include: full name, profession, domicile, marital status and ID card number (RUN). Once that's all been established, they then use 'individualizado' to avoid the need to repeat eveything.
