If it's the latter, then Tom's right: completely, fully. wholly, etc...
But if it's the former, then we are not talking about the "coprenza" but about a colour type. So, it would be "basic", "simple", even "pure" or "straight", something like that.
Incidentally, "ivory" is not white: it's... well... ivory...:))))
