I know what it means but not the exact word. Thanks in advance!

Un eje que no es fijo, con movimiento gracias a los balines interiores que a su vez se asientan en el eje fijo. En estos ejes "rotativos" o "libres" se colocan los rollos para que giren con libertad. Como los ejes rotativos en en centro de las ruedas de una bicicleta y donde se instalan o conectan los rayos.

El eje tiene un tope en cada punta para mantener el rollo en su lugar. Quite el tope azul de la punta izquierda para colocar el rollo nuevo (también, si desea, puede quitar el tope de la otra punta). El tope se desliza a lo largo del eje para sostener rollos de distinto ancho.

Push the left hub onto the left end of the roll. Check that the hub disc is aligned with the green mark.
Check that there is no gap between the roll and either of the hubs
