@Lisa: Yes, that's how I see it: the company is forbidden from activities such as bidding for tenders, and must not breach any of the other prohibitions cited, whatever they are (sorry, am just passing through, it's been a hectic morning already with power cuts and stuff...)

: sorry Neil this has nothing to do with tenders or bidding. concurrencia simply means exists, is found etc. You may be thinking competition but no......
