I know what the sentence means but not sure how to translate this part. Help appreciated. British English. Ta!

Neil No it doesn't. It means that IF the company becomes subject to a prohibition on contracting with the public sector THEN such circumstances will constitute a breach of this contract. In no way does it suggest that the company cannot bid for anything.....

@Lisa: Yes, that's how I see it: the company is forbidden from activities such as bidding for tenders, and must not breach any of the other prohibitions cited, whatever they are (sorry, am just passing through, it's been a hectic morning already with power cuts and stuff...)
