חיפץ הרסס הספנואטמואידלי והפתח של הספנואיד וניקיונו מהפרשות כלואות

Hebrew to English Medical Medical (general) Suspected nasal cancer
What's really puzzling me is חיפץ. What could it possibly be?

Exposing

I'm guessing it's an endoscopic operation...

My instincts tell me it's "exposing the sphenoethmoidal recess..." but the only way I could explain it is through a typo.

"חשיפת"--> The "ש" is missing and the "ץ" is right next to the "ת".

I would go for that if we're talking about an endoscopic operation.
